Annual Meeting: Cornell Cooperative Extension

The Annual Meeting of the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Schuyler County Association (RSVP's sponsoring agency), scheduled for Thursday, December 2, 7:30-9 a.m., will feature Dr. Jennifer Wilkins, Sr. Extension Associate with Cornell University’s Division of Nutritional Sciences, who will speak on “Local Food for Healthy People and Strong Communities.” A flyer is attached with more information.

The Annual Meeting is open to the public and will include a full breakfast, short business meeting with election of members to the Board of Directors, and our featured speaker. CCE Schuyler: Annual Meeting To Feature Director of Arnot Forest

The Annual Meeting of the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Schuyler County Association, scheduled for Thursday, December 10, 7:15-9:15 a.m., will feature Peter Smallidge, State Extension Forester and Director of the Arnot Forest, who will give a presentation on “Arnot Forest: A History of Solving Real-World Problems.”

Strategic Planning Survey

As part of the year-long strategic planning effort that will chart the future of CCE in the challenging times ahead, a Strategic Planning Survey has been created. Schuyler County residents are encouraged to participate, but please only submit one survey per household, whether it be online or in paper form. (If you prefer to fill out a paper survey, please stop by our office.) The survey will be available until Friday, September 11, 2009.
